In this role, you will play a pivotal part in training learners through our innovative programs, focusing on closing critical data and technology skills gaps. What You'll Do

• Lead large synchronous online lectures on Cloud Support Specialist content, engaging with 30 to 300 learners.
• Prepare for live sessions by reviewing materials and providing feedback to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth class execution and adherence to schedules.
• Support learners in their career transitions into technical roles, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Utilize your teaching experience to deliver high-quality instruction and mentorship.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, or DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Linux+, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Experience teaching adult learners, with a passion for supporting their career development.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
