Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Contractor Management (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Contractor Management to join our team at Kinectrics. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead contractor management activities within the energy and utility sector. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with a diverse team of experts to ensure the successful delivery of critical projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead contractor management functions, overseeing contract administration and supplier relationship management.
• Develop and implement contractor performance management frameworks, including KPIs and service levels.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment and transparency in project delivery.
• Create performance dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide real-time visibility into compliance and delivery.
• Support advance acquisition planning and risk assessment to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian laws and regulations, applying best practices in supply chain management.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance Indigenous community engagement in the supply chain.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the DVP Supply Chain and/or CFO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or contractor oversight.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and building strategic supplier relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian security clearance.
• Experience working with AECL or Canadian regulatory bodies is strongly desired.
