About the Role

Join RocaSalvatella as a Junior Strategy & Innovation Consultant. This remote position offers you the chance to work with a leading consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and innovation. You will be part of a dynamic team that combines strategy, technology, and talent to create real and sustainable impact for large organizations.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the analysis, definition, and implementation of business strategy and digital transformation projects.
• Conduct market, competition, and trend analysis to identify transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate in designing customer journeys and new relational models with clients.
• Identify and define use cases for Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes.
• Contribute to the conceptualization of digital solutions related to CRM, data, and automation.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or digital transformation projects.
• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with strategy methodologies and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Big4 firms, startup environments, Agile methodologies, or specific knowledge in generative AI.
