Site Reliability Engineer /​ DevOps Engineer - AWS Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a high-growth SaaS DevSecOps platform. As a Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the build, scaling, and operation of our cloud infrastructure, primarily leveraging AWS technologies.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to improving reliability and availability.
• Troubleshoot incidents and participate in root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support reliable and secure deployments.
• Automate manual processes wherever possible.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Exposure to Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes, preferably in AWS environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Scripting experience in Bash and/or Python.
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Awareness of security best practices in cloud environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud security practices.
• Knowledge of container orchestration.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
