Job Coach /​ Instructor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Job Coach / Instructor to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Job Coach, you will facilitate group instruction and coaching sessions, guiding participants in utilizing eServices effectively. This role is essential in helping individuals navigate their job search and career development.

What You'll Do

• Conduct group lessons and coaching sessions for job seekers.
• Guide participants in using eServices provided by the Federal Employment Agency, such as job search tools and mobile applications.
• Assist in creating comprehensive application documents that meet current standards.
• Develop effective job search strategies and realistic career perspectives for participants.
• Provide insights into the regional job market and applicant requirements.
• Support participants in internship and job searches while networking with employers.
• Prepare participants for job interviews and document the content and results of sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings for professional exchange.

Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training with at least one year of professional experience in adult education.
• Alternatively, a qualification as a master craftsman or technician with a relevant examination.
• Strong knowledge of human resources and selection processes in companies.
• Familiarity with current technological developments in relevant fields.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and digital platforms.
• Excellent teamwork, empathy, communication skills, and the ability to motivate participants.

Nice to Have

• Experience in coaching or mentoring individuals in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and employment services.
• Fluency in additional languages.
