About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Activity Instructor to join Siel Bleu in a remote capacity. This role allows you to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a Physical Activity Instructor, you will engage with various populations, including the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those with chronic illnesses, helping them improve their quality of life through tailored physical activity programs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and group physical activity sessions remotely, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all participants.
• Utilize your administrative time effectively to track client progress and prepare engaging sessions.
• Represent Siel Bleu positively to beneficiaries and partners, enhancing community connections.
• Incorporate nutrition awareness and eco-friendly practices into your physical activity sessions.
• Be proactive in proposing innovative ideas and projects that enhance our service offerings.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve your skills and knowledge in adapted physical activity.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a passion for sharing joy through physical activity.
• Formal training in adapted physical activity or equivalent, along with a valid driving license.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative spirit.
• Commitment to professionalism, kindness, and engagement in all interactions.
• Desire to support a wide range of individuals in a multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with diverse populations, including those with disabilities.
