Intern Analyst - Real Estate Valuation (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an Intern Analyst to join our team at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in real estate valuation. This Intern Analyst - Remote position offers a unique opportunity to work on various projects related to acquisitions, financing, and annual evaluations. You will gain hands-on experience while contributing to significant real estate assessments across France.

What You'll Do

• Conduct site visits to various properties across the national territory.
• Analyze the surrounding environment of each asset.
• Prepare photographic reports and document findings.
• Draft comprehensive reports following site visits, including performance analysis and competitive assessments.
• Perform market studies to support valuation processes.
• Present findings to the project manager and assist in financial evaluations of assets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough analysis and reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools effectively.

Requirements

• Organizational skills and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
• Excellent writing skills for report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's license (Permis B) required for site visits.
• Ability to travel within France for property assessments.
• Previous experience in real estate or finance is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English is preferred.
