Intermediate HR Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an Intermediate HR Manager to join our team at Dev.Pro. This remote opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on our organization and the people within it. As an Intermediate HR Manager, you will oversee people-related processes and ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
- Manage people-related processes throughout the entire contractor lifecycle, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to managers and contractors on HR matters, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and participate in performance review processes to support team development.
- Oversee onboarding, integration, and offboarding of contractors, ensuring a compliant and positive experience.
- Deliver workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance stakeholders’ people management skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a People Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and multicultural teams.
- Upper-Intermediate English level for clear communication with native speakers.
- Attention to detail in handling documents and working with analytics.
- Flexibility and stress resistance to navigate complex situations and deliver practical solutions.
Nice to Have
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with common IT industry roles and processes.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools to structure information and improve processes.
