About the Role

We are seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to join our team at Function Health, a pioneering company in the HealthTech industry. This remote position is integral to our Technology organization, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Medical Intelligence. As a Principal HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and driving our mission forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary partner to C-suite and Executive technology leaders, shaping organizational strategy and team structure.
  • Translate business priorities into people strategies that enable speed, clarity, and accountability.
  • Lead key people initiatives across performance management, talent density, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.
  • Coach senior leaders on performance, feedback, and building elite teams.
  • Drive clarity around goals, performance expectations, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in HR business partnering.
  • Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
  • Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

  • Strong judgment and the ability to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making.
  • Experience in building and scaling HR systems and processes.
