About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design user-centered digital products and eCommerce experiences that balance usability, brand identity, and visual impact.
• Develop visual frameworks, including mood boards, style directions, and scalable design systems.
• Manage hands-on design execution across multiple projects with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clear handoffs, accurate implementation, and high-quality builds.
• Produce well-structured, developer-ready design files, specifications, and assets.
• Present design work effectively, incorporate feedback, and stay current on design tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of digital design experience, particularly in websites, apps, or eCommerce.
• Experience designing for CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Shopify, and Optimizely.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design best practices.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft and a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong design and prototyping skills in Figma and other common tools.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and preparing design hand-offs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of user experience design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A curious, positive attitude and a desire to keep learning.
• Experience in an agency or studio setting is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation and motion design.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to design.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
