About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our ChatGPT Learning team. This remote Full Stack Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of learning experiences powered by AI. What You’ll Do

• Design and build engaging product experiences that enhance learning with ChatGPT.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs that support innovative learning features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and researchers to prototype and ship new ideas quickly.
• Implement multimodal capabilities that integrate text, images, voice, and interactive interfaces into learning workflows.
• Iterate on features based on user feedback and experimentation to continuously improve the learning experience.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and usability of learning experiences across ChatGPT surfaces.
• Own features from concept through to production, tackling ambiguous problems and delivering clear product solutions.
• Utilize modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js to build polished product experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, and backend services in Python or Node.js.
• Experience building interactive educational tools or learning products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for creating high-quality consumer product experiences that have a meaningful impact.
• Interest in AI-powered applications and improving access to education globally.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and LLM-based systems.
• Strong product engineering instincts and a high bar for UX quality.
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning methodologies.
