Influencer Marketing Executive - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive to join Bettervits, one of the UK’s fastest-growing nutrition brands. This Influencer Marketing Executive remote position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and results matter. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Influencer Partnerships, creative team, and performance team to scale our creator ecosystem and optimize campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end: sourcing talent, negotiating deals, coordinating deliverables, and analyzing performance.
• Proactively source, vet, and secure influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and whitelisting permissions with confidence.
• Build genuine relationships with creators, managers, and industry partners.
• Oversee creator content submissions and ensure assets are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with performance and creative teams to repurpose creator content for paid ads and social media.
• Lead influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
• Track budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance goals.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including trends and creator landscapes.
• Experience with whitelisting and supporting paid media teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in interpreting data and turning insights into clear improvement plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
