About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director - B2B Transformation to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in building our enterprise division from the ground up, focusing on transformative B2B sales strategies. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B enterprise sales strategy aimed at achieving $20M+ in revenue.
• Engage directly with CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives to sell our innovative solutions.
• Design and implement pilot programs that lead to full enterprise deployments.
• Build compelling ROI stories and proof-of-value models to support your sales efforts.
• Report directly to senior leadership, providing insights and updates on sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building or scaling a B2B transformation division from $0 to $10M+ or $2M to $20M+.
• Direct sales experience with CEOs and business owners, avoiding procurement or HR channels.
• Experience in running high-touch delivery programs and cohort-based engagements.
• Ability to operate independently without a predefined playbook.
• A strong drive to exceed expectations and achieve results.
