Director of HR Technology & Automation - Remote Opportunity

Flex is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director of HR Technology & Automation to lead our HR technology ecosystem and drive automation across HR processes. As the Director of HR Technology & Automation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience and organizational efficiency through intelligent automation and AI tools. What You'll Do

• Lead the overall strategy, governance, roadmap, and operations for HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and LMS.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and key liaison between HR, IT, vendor partners, and business stakeholders.
• Define and lead Flex’s HR automation and AI strategy, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI-enabled tools across HR processes to enhance employee and manager experiences.
• Drive change management, training, and enablement to ensure strong adoption of HR systems and tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR systems, HR technology, or HRIS management.
• Strong technical understanding of HRIS platforms and integrations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms in HR processes.
• Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
