Principal Product Operations Leader - Remote

Join Branch as a Principal Product Operations Leader and take the lead in driving operational excellence in our product management team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes that enhance our product development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead the establishment and scaling of the Product Operations function, focusing on how AI tools can augment operational roles.
• Define and execute the strategic vision for product operations, ensuring alignment with product-led growth initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle operations, including planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and post-launch measurement systems.
• Identify and operationalize AI-powered tools across product, engineering, and design teams to enhance efficiency.
• Design and implement a Voice of the Customer program that integrates various data signals to derive actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership and the executive team on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Establish operational health metrics, including delivery predictability and team efficiency indicators.
• Ensure that internal teams and customers are well-informed about product capabilities and roadmap direction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or technical program management.
• 6+ years leading operations or cross-functional teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS product operations, particularly in adtech, martech, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of implementing organization-wide process transformations.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern product stack tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Jira.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workflows into product development processes.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex operational challenges to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.

• Experience with AI and automation platforms like n8n or Zapier.
• Familiarity with designing dashboards and operational reporting frameworks.
• Strategic systems thinking skills to redesign workflows effectively.
