Head of AI Operations Team Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of AI Operations Team Lead to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we build an international ecosystem focused on AI, digital infrastructure, and high-impact global projects. As the Head of AI Operations, you will be responsible for managing and structuring a fast-growing AI team, ensuring that we meet our strategic goals while delivering high-quality outputs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team consisting of AI specialists, developers, marketers, and designers.
• Build and implement internal processes and workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the onboarding and performance of new hires, managing a team of 6-10 individuals.
• Ensure the execution and timely delivery of project roadmaps.
• Work directly with the founder on strategic planning and development initiatives.
• Organize tasks and manage projects effectively to align with business objectives.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the team’s output meets our high standards.
• Optimize workflows using advanced AI tools to improve team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams, preferably in AI or digital sectors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with an execution-focused mindset.
• Solid understanding of AI tools, including ChatGPT and various automation tools.
• Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates is preferred.

• Familiarity with performance tracking and KPI definition.
