Director of Patient Access - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Patient Access to join our team at Mayhill Hospital. This remote Director of Patient Access position offers a unique opportunity to lead the Intake and Admissions Department, ensuring excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, supervise, and direct the activities of the Intake and Admissions Department.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate the clinical patient assessment and referral process.
• Lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work (licensed preferred), or a related field OR Active RN Licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Intake counseling in a mental health setting or equivalent role.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience managing personnel and clinical integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals and families facing mental health challenges.
