E-Commerce Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team at Harper & Neyer. This remote E-Commerce Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead our digital strategy and drive the growth of our online channel. As an E-Commerce Manager, you will ensure that our customers receive an excellent experience while our digital business evolves to meet the company's needs.

What You'll Do

  • Define the monthly digital strategy for the E-commerce channel.
  • Oversee performance metrics, CRM, and product catalog management.
  • Align E-commerce initiatives with Product, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
  • Make decisions regarding pricing, promotions, commercial calendars, and content.
  • Approve and coordinate paid media campaigns and CRM strategies.
  • Monitor key KPIs: conversion rates, ROAS, revenue, margins, LTV, and returns.
  • Negotiate with partners, platforms, and suppliers to enhance our offerings.
  • Implement continuous improvements to optimize navigation, conversion, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager in the fashion or retail sector.
  • Proficiency in E-commerce tools, digital analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns and CRM strategies.
  • Ability to plan and make business-oriented decisions.
