What You'll Do

• Work closely with sales teams to plan and execute sales campaigns, ensuring technical discovery leads to successful closures.
• Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to identify business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive customer success.
• Present and demonstrate technical solutions, showcasing your passion for solving business challenges and delivering value.
• Deliver inspiring presentations at Salesforce events and to influential audiences, enhancing brand visibility.
• Collaborate with product management to understand Salesforce solutions and advocate for key features based on customer feedback.
• Develop scalable and reusable field enablement assets that drive business outcomes and accelerate adoption.
• Articulate the return on investment of Marketing & AI solutions to business and IT partners.
• Stay informed on the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Implementation role.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of AI technologies, including data engineering and machine learning.
• Experience in post-sales implementations.
