What You'll Do

• Engage in all activities related to the brand lifecycle, ensuring alignment with patient journeys.
• Provide strategic input to the Chapter Head and adapt strategies based on external changes.
• Implement brand strategies to maximize brand usage among relevant patient populations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand strategy relevance and achievement of goals.
• Initiate budget proposals and participate in pre-budget discussions.
• Manage resource allocation for product promotion activities.
• Conduct proactive market research and analysis on trends and competitiveness.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product knowledge and consultancy.

Requirements

• University degree in natural sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology; business-related degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of competitive activities in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
• Excellent product and marketing knowledge in hematology and hemophilia therapy.
• Proven financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
