Director of Marketing - HSA Focused Platform (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This Director of Marketing remote position offers a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity to drive growth and brand differentiation for a leading HSA-focused platform. You will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across direct-to-consumer and B2B2C channels, guiding initiatives that increase customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the HSA platform across consumer and partner channels to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and partner activations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with B2B and B2B2C teams to design co-branded campaigns, activation strategies, and enablement materials that drive engagement and revenue.
- Shape brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the platform in a competitive market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Provide creative and content direction for digital media, email campaigns, landing pages, and partner materials, balancing brand integrity with performance goals.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, analyze campaign performance and customer insights, and foster a test-and-learn culture for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM, product, analytics, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, ecommerce, or digital growth roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Experience across both direct-to-consumer and B2B2C business models.
- Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, digital acquisition, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to influence across teams.
- Comfortable leading both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
