Senior PPC Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior PPC Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior PPC Manager, you will leverage your 5+ years of hands-on experience to manage high-budget paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This role is perfect for a performance marketing expert who thrives on optimizing campaigns, scaling ad spend, and delivering measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $20,000 to $200,000+.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for client accounts.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in PPC / Paid Media Management.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets ($20K+/month).
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present campaign performance insights.
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred.
