What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for Digital Products & Platform Services, ensuring alignment with university goals.

• Champion a product-centric mindset, driving iterative, value-driven development lifecycles.
• Oversee the creation of a unified design system, ensuring seamless experiences for students and other constituents.
• Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, particularly AI, to enhance product delivery.
• Manage large-scale portfolios, including strategic planning and budget allocation.
• Regularly assess and report on achievements and risks to stakeholders, utilizing analytics for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and nine years of relevant experience, including five years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of executive leadership in a dynamic technology organization.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading organizational transformation towards product-led and user-centric approaches.
• Strong background in integrating emerging technologies like AI into product development.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing, diverse teams.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and delivering ROI on technology investments.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
