About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Sales Strategy to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping the sales strategy and operations at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on our critical partnership with Walmart. As the Director of Sales Strategy, you will leverage your expertise to drive growth and ensure the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of 3–5 year joint strategic narratives aligned with Walmart’s enterprise priorities.
  • Translate enterprise strategies into actionable growth platforms, ensuring coherence across various business units.
  • Act as the primary integrator across Brand teams, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure alignment before engaging with Walmart leadership.
  • Shape executive-level narratives that elevate discussions from performance reporting to strategic choices and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Own and evolve the operating model and governance cadence for quarterly partnership reviews and growth summits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, customer leadership, or executive operations.
  • Proven experience partnering with major retail customers, particularly Walmart.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for storytelling and executive material creation.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Fluency with retail/omni metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives with measurable outcomes.
