About the Role
We are seeking a Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer acquisition strategy and driving growth for our online marketing and software solutions provider. With over 20 years of experience and a client base of over 30,000 customers nationwide, we are looking for a leader who can take our marketing efforts to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and demand generation.
- Act as a player/coach, balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to achieve aggressive pipeline and revenue goals.
- Utilize deep digital acquisition expertise to build efficient marketing funnels and loops.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce to drive decision-making.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance marketing strategies and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize multi-channel acquisition efforts to ensure a low customer acquisition cost (CAC) and measurable pipeline impact.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies and demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Salesforce.
- Experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
