Senior Demand Generation Manager - B2B SaaS
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic team at Authentic Group of Companies. This Senior Demand Generation Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to own the demand generation strategy and execution across various channels, including paid, organic, and partner channels. You will be the primary driver of pipeline contribution from marketing, responsible for both strategy and hands-on execution.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-funnel paid media program (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic) with a quarterly budget of EUR 280K.
- Build and optimize lead scoring and nurture flows in HubSpot, collaborating closely with RevOps.
- Design and run A/B testing programs across landing pages, ad creative, and email sequences.
- Develop channel mix models and attribution frameworks to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Report monthly to leadership on CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and channel-level ROAS.
- Manage one direct report (Performance Marketing Specialist) and one external agency relationship.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- Proven experience managing six-figure paid budgets with demonstrable pipeline impact.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), CRM integration, and attribution modeling.
- Comfortable with SQL or BI tools for self-serve reporting.
- Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have
- Experience in supply chain visibility platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Looker.
- Previous experience in a Series B startup environment.
