About the Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at SuamiSihat Clinic. This role is pivotal in driving patient growth and revenue for our clinic and wellness business. As a Digital Marketing & Sales Manager remote, you will be responsible for delivering at least 15 new patients to the clinic every day and building a high-performing sales and marketing team.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire growth engine, from lead generation to patient visits and revenue.
• Drive each branch toward achieving over RM700,000 in average monthly sales.
• Lead a sales team and oversee performance creatives and multimedia designers.
• Run paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Fix broken funnels and improve conversion rates through data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in marketing and sales leadership.
• Proven results in driving revenue growth, not just traffic.
• Experience managing sales teams and conversion systems.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong skills in CRM systems and funnel tracking.

• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Ability to make tough decisions and restructure teams for performance.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and phone-based sales closing.
