Demand Generation Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving demand for our sales team and generating a robust marketing pipeline. As a Demand Generation Manager remote position, you will not only design campaigns but also build and optimize the systems that fuel pipeline growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize marketing-generated pipeline for the sales team, focusing on qualified opportunities rather than just lead volume.
- Execute and iterate on demand generation strategies through diverse campaigns, experiments, and funnel initiatives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid ads) to enhance both pipeline volume and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure the quality of the pipeline and its conversion into revenue.
- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the funnel, analyzing the buyer journey and identifying drop-offs from traffic to leads to meetings.
- Continuously test, measure, and improve funnel performance, enhancing commercial pages that drive conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on demand generation performance to drive better outcomes, using funnel metrics to model performance and guide decisions.
- Improve and optimize systems, processes, and automation supporting lead capture, routing, attribution, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing and demand generation.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline for US/North American markets.
- Strong experience in pipeline generation and funnel-building, with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Comfortable executing across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, and paid advertising.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams on lead quality and conversion.
- Strong analytical skills to model funnel performance and pipeline outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.

- Experience in mid-market or enterprise environments (50k+ ACV).
- Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-autonomy work environment.
- Proven ability to think in terms of revenue and pipeline, not just marketing metrics.
