Demand Generation Manager (B2B) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager (B2B) remote to join our dynamic team at Arqiva. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and integrated marketing campaigns that drive audience awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop compelling go-to-market strategies that support product launches and enhance campaign performance.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase audience awareness and engagement.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing activities, adapting plans to achieve KPIs and objectives.
• Collaborate with teams across Arqiva to enhance social media reach and engagement.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies in alignment with brand positioning and messaging.
• Support product launches and promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Implement brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and strengthen brand presence.
• Engage in external events to promote Arqiva’s authority in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring marketing initiatives and ROI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Competency in project management principles to coordinate marketing projects.
• Understanding of the technology sector and Arqiva’s target markets.
• Experience with account-based marketing principles is preferred.
