Data Science & AI Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Science & AI Consultant to join our team at Ubique Systems. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful projects in the AI and data science domain.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement data science and AI strategies, including use-case portfolios and value-case assessments.
• Conduct studies and analyses for health services research using routine health insurance data and EMR/EHR.
• Design and review advanced analytics models, including classification, regression, and time-series models.
• Consult on MLOps/DataOps, ensuring production readiness and CI/CD for machine learning.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across various departments, including Medical and Market Access.
• Lead the operationalization of data science projects, ensuring smooth handover to internal teams.
• Establish governance and compliance frameworks for data protection and model risk management.
• Provide training and enablement for functional departments to enhance their data capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data science and AI consulting.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with AWS services like S3 and SageMaker.
• Experience with advanced analytics techniques, including deep learning and NLP.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance, particularly GDPR.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of health services research methodologies.
