Quality Assurance Engineer - Data Integration Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer remote to join our innovative team at Exness. As a leader in the fintech industry, Exness is committed to enhancing the trading experience for over 1 million clients worldwide. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Trading Data Flow team, responsible for the integration and processing of all trading-related data. Your contributions will directly impact our business development and the quality of our data products.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, deployment, and enhancements of data integration products and Data Warehousing (DWH).
• Develop, construct, and maintain test suites to verify the validity and accuracy of Data Integration and ETL processes.
• Drive AI integration across QA processes, including monitoring, testing, data quality assurance, and automated code review.
• Collaborate with team members to define and describe data policies, standards, and guidelines for connecting data sources.
• Investigate data quality issues and work on data quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure data solutions quality aligns with business requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and analyze new features before kick-off meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Expert SQL knowledge, particularly in ClickHouse.
• Automation experience with Python (pytest).
• Experience with data streaming products (like Kafka Connect, Flink) is essential.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English is required.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance QA efficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Grafana, PagerDuty, and Terraform.
• Hands-on testing experience in stream processing systems.
• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and data integration techniques.
