You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email, push notification, and SMS campaigns from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high performance.

What You'll Do

• Plan daily campaign flows according to email, push notifications, and SMS calendars.
• Create email templates using tools like Oracle Responsys and Unity once campaign designs are finalized.
• Track campaign links and any modifications related to the campaigns.
• Conduct test sends post-campaign preparation to ensure accuracy before final approval.
• Prepare target audiences for campaigns using CRM tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns or schedule them according to the send date.
• Monitor campaign execution to guarantee on-time and error-free delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth campaign processes.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM tools such as Oracle Responsys and Unity.
• Proven experience in email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaign management.
• Attention to detail in campaign setup, targeting, and testing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML email structure (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with teams.
• Experience in digital marketing or CRM operations is a plus.
