About the Role

Join our team as a Copilot Support Engineer - Microsoft 365 Remote. In this role, you will empower Canadian businesses to succeed globally by providing expert support for Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities. What You'll Do

• Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization.
• Administer Copilot Studio environments, managing user access and platform configuration.
• Convert business needs into AI agents and automated workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Lead full lifecycle enablement for new AI features, from planning through release.
• Oversee daily operations for Copilot and related M365 services, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct agent and workflow reviews to ensure clarity and reliability.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Provide training and support to teams adopting AI tools.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience administering Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Practical experience developing solutions in Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate workflows and M365 service integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and M365 data architecture.
• Experience with generative AI and LLM-based features.
• Excellent troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
