What You'll Do

• Act as the primary expert for all compliance-related inquiries, managing communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the company's compliance management system, focusing on GDPR and AI regulations.
• Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, ensuring alignment with the Security department to maintain ISO certifications.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable internal policies, controls, and processes, driving their adoption through targeted training and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements

• A degree in law, business, risk management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a compliance function, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
• A proactive approach to work with a strong commitment to building effective compliance structures.
• Experience in creating processes from the ground up and ensuring their practical implementation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in compliance within the tech industry.
• Familiarity with ISO certification processes.
