What You'll Do

• Own physical card program operations end-to-end, working directly with card manufacturers, processors, payment networks, and key vendors to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead manufacturer implementations by partnering closely with the Head of Card Network Operations to onboard new card manufacturers and expand functionality with existing partners.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through card requirements, managing onboarding timelines for new card programs, and ensuring timely and successful launches.
• Manage end-to-end physical card billing operations and support reporting requirements from third-party vendors.
• Drive visibility and accountability by maintaining project trackers, running weekly vendor syncs, and delivering regular status reports to keep stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in card operations, payments operations, or a related fintech/financial services function.
• Deep familiarity with physical card issuance, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard), and card manufacturer relationships.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple threads simultaneously.
• Clear and confident communication skills to hold vendors accountable and guide clients effectively.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and build processes where none exist.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams is a strong plus.
• Bonus: exposure to stablecoin or crypto-native card programs.

• Experience in the fintech industry.
