About the Role

Join Directive as an Associate Director, Performance Marketing in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping our performance marketing strategies for SaaS and tech companies. You will leverage our unique Customer Generation methodology to prioritize generating SQLs and customers, ensuring our clients achieve their goals effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Set and manage goals for every client engagement within your pod, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation strategies across all channels.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with strategists to navigate approval processes and remove barriers to campaign success.
  • Lead your team with a focus on accountability, fostering a culture of leadership rather than management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in AI and automation, to enhance marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B tech and SaaS.
  • Proven track record in setting and achieving performance goals, particularly in client retention.
  • Expertise in analytics and storytelling to drive marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel, and SEO best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video marketing and performance creative.
  • Knowledge of revenue operations and strategy development.
  • Previous work in a remote-first environment.
