About the Role

Advance Amazon is hiring a full-time Amazon Brand Manager / Client Meeting Specialist to lead strategic client communication for a portfolio of Amazon brands. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role for someone with deep hands-on Amazon experience, strong commercial judgment, and the confidence to lead polished, high-value client conversations. As an Amazon Brand Manager remote, you will serve as a primary client-facing representative of Advance Amazon, guiding bi-weekly business review calls, presenting performance updates, explaining strategy, answering technical questions, and helping clients stay engaged, confident, and committed to long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead bi-weekly client video meetings for a roster of Amazon brands, delivering structured, professional, and highly engaging strategic reviews.
  • Present and discuss three core areas in every meeting: Graphics and Creative, Account Management and SEO, and PPC and Advertising.
  • Translate technical Amazon account data into client-friendly language that is clear, confident, and commercially relevant.
  • Maintain strong client engagement and protect retention by leading meetings with professionalism, composure, energy, and strategic clarity.
  • Document key meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups accurately in internal systems.

Requirements

  • 5-6+ years of deep hands-on Amazon experience across Seller Central, listing optimization, keyword research, brand management, and PPC.
  • At least 3-5 years of agency, consulting, or highly client-facing Amazon account management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing health, policy issues, case management, FBA/FBM operations, account performance considerations, and marketplace troubleshooting.
  • Deep experience in Amazon listing optimization, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, image strategy, conversion improvement, and competitive positioning.
  • Advanced SEO and keyword research knowledge, including keyword indexing, backend keyword strategy, search volume analysis, rank tracking, and listing copy optimization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with major Amazon ecosystem tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Sellerboard, SellerApp, or similar tools.
  • Experience from respected Amazon-focused agencies or high-performance eCommerce environments.
  • Strong client communication skills, executive presence on video calls, and the ability to guide long-form strategic conversations with confidence.
