Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Strong understanding of automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
• Experience with low-code workflow tools like Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Proficient in light scripting (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
