Business Development Manager - AI Solutions for Financial Services

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Neurons Lab. In this remote role, you will play a critical part in generating a predictable new revenue pipeline and establishing Neurons Lab as the preferred AI partner for Financial Services enterprises. You will work closely with our AI Engineering team to create a high-velocity sales engine powered by AI processes and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Generate 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter (SQLs) and maintain a conversion rate of over 40% from MQL to SQL.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won, applying the MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification.
• Achieve an average deal size of over $50,000 and a win rate of over 25% on qualified opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting C-suite and VP-level executives within Financial Services enterprises.
• Articulate business value and ROI for AI initiatives and coordinate scoping workshops with the AI Engineering team.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts, providing weekly revenue forecasts with confidence levels.
• Document sales plays and competitive intelligence to ensure smooth transitions to Account Delivery post-sale.
• Meet performance standards with 50+ calls/meetings per month and an 80% response time on 30-day forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in complex enterprise sales of professional services, particularly within the Financial Services sector across Europe.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience working in the AI/ML domain.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a systematic and client-centric approach.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience working with AWS is a plus.
