SharePoint Product Manager - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support
About the Role
We are seeking a SharePoint Product Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. What You'll Do
- Research, design, develop, and modify capabilities tailored to the SharePoint platform.
- Plan and oversee the deployment of site collections and development projects.
- Strategize enhancements that drive overall system efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Document system testing protocols, maintenance activities, and corrective measures.
- Assess staffing needs and support recruitment activities, including interviews and approvals.
- Provide career development recommendations and mentoring to subordinates.
- Generate training plans based on program and subordinate needs.
- Represent the Software Engineering organization to stakeholders and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; Master's with 6 years; PhD with 4 years or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date within the last 6 years.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) and Top Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain IAT certification, such as Security+ or CISSP.
- Demonstrated experience in SAFe Agile Product Manager and/or Product Owner roles.
- 5 years of experience managing administration and/or customization of a web application.
- Strong program management experience with risk management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with Earned Value Management and resource planning.
Nice to Have
- Active SAP access and DoD Top Secret clearance.
- Significant experience managing large-scale projects focused on SharePoint capabilities.
- Proven experience managing SharePoint teams and handling multiple site collections.
- Robust Systems Engineering background with hands-on experience in engineering systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and best practices.
