Payments Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Payments Manager to join our team remotely at Patrianna. As a Payments Manager remote, you will drive our payments strategy and partnerships while delivering innovative payment solutions that fuel business growth and exceptional player experiences.

What You'll Do

• Manage our payments portfolio including contract negotiations, provider onboarding, and maintaining strategic relationships with external payment partners.
• Support existing and new partners by understanding their needs and helping them grow, particularly around expansion and alternative payment method adoption.
• Coordinate with internal teams to seamlessly roll out new payment methods and integrate innovative payment solutions.
• Analyze payment transaction data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Contribute to payments strategy and planning while ensuring portfolio resilience through impact analysis of new initiatives and market expansion.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends in cards processing, acquiring, and alternative payments.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of online payments and the payments industry, with strong knowledge of cards processing and acquiring.
• Experience working on multiple projects across cross-functional teams, particularly in market expansion or new business development.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex business and technical concepts clearly across verbal, written, and presentation formats.
• Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
