About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Native Learning Designer to join our innovative team at thekey.academy. This is a remote opportunity where you will leverage AI to create impactful educational content. Your work will directly influence the learning experiences of thousands of individuals seeking professional and personal development.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging learning programs that are both didactically valuable and practice-oriented.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the lifecycle of our courses, from initial concept to production and continuous improvement.
• Utilize your understanding of learner needs to guide content decisions effectively.
• Optimize AI-driven systems to enhance course concepts and learning materials for personalized and efficient learning experiences.
• Collaborate closely with our team to continuously improve our digital learning platform and create innovative course formats.

Requirements

• Experience in EdTech, E-Learning, or digital education formats, or a background in video production or education/pedagogy.
• Strong understanding of how people learn and the ability to structure content effectively.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 or native) as our courses are produced in German.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Teachable) or authoring tools is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics for content performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with video production and AI tools that streamline the learning video creation process.
• Knowledge of content performance metrics such as completion rates and engagement.
• Go-to-market mindset to consider marketing strategies from the outset of course development.
