What You'll Do

• Use ad analytics to generate fresh ad ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan concepts and copy for effective advertising.
• Design high-quality static ads based on concepts, copy, and references.
• Continuously improve speed, accuracy, and creative judgment in your designs.
• Follow clear processes while contributing your own creative ideas to enhance our advertising efforts.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience post-university.
• Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Open to learning and integrating AI tools into your workflow.
• Bonus: Experience working with e-commerce brands.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance-driven design metrics.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.
