What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and technical support on various products, including equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software.
• Install, operate, maintain, upgrade, repair, and modify equipment while analyzing and evaluating product performance.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve malfunctions efficiently.
• Maintain effective customer communications and provide onsite training.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and proactively address quality issues.
• Document and present research and recommendations clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and anticipate process and capacity challenges.
• Manage multiple components of large projects, balancing time and resources to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the medical field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electronics Engineering.
• Experience with HL7 rules and formats and Asure cloud software.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair diagnostic medical equipment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and hold a full UK driving license.
• Ability to manage complex assignments and contribute to team projects effectively.

• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
