Quality Coordination Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Coordination Manager to join our team at Vetoquinol, a leading independent veterinary pharmaceutical group. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our mission of ensuring quality and compliance across our global operations. You will play a crucial role in deploying and controlling the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistent and effective application across our factories and subsidiaries.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the management and execution of audits for manufacturers, subcontractors, distributors, and partners.
• Consolidate and interpret quality indicators across the group, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Administer and maintain documentation related to audit activities, including questionnaires, reports, and CAPA plans.
• Coordinate the qualification of internal auditors and maintain their training.
• Ensure the availability and updating of quality agreements with internal and external partners.
• Participate in the implementation of improvement actions in the HSE domain and energy performance.
• Conduct risk analysis to prioritize audits and coordinate the execution of GMP audits.
• Prepare annual reports on quality activities against established objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management or related fields.
• Proficiency in quality audit processes and tools.
• Strong command of English (B2 level).
• Effective communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within France and internationally.

• Experience in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with biotechnology solutions.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
