Strategy Consultant - Operations (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant - Operations (Remote) to join our dynamic team at MC. In this role, you will help shape the future strategy of our Operations department, working closely with key stakeholders to drive impactful change.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market and trend analyses within retail operations.
• Support strategic communication initiatives for Operations.
• Participate in transformative projects that enhance Operations in collaboration with other business areas.
• Develop and monitor the strategic planning cycle.
• Engage closely with senior stakeholders across Operations (management, leadership, administration).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to transform scattered data into clear, structured, decision-oriented diagnostics.
• Genuine interest in understanding, questioning, and challenging Operations strategy, contributing constructively to priority setting, opportunity identification, and impactful solution design.
• Experience in consulting or a strategy/business development team within a corporate environment.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of retail operations.
