As a Team Member, you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our site located within the airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to travelers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service delivery.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain accountability for cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products and monitoring expiration dates.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Flexibility in hours, with airport shifts potentially starting at 3 AM.
