Rehabilitation Sports Instructor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Sports Instructor to join our team at Gesundheitssportverein Leipzig e.V. This remote opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community. As a Rehabilitation Sports Instructor, you will lead and guide rehabilitation sports courses both on land and in water, providing essential support to our members.

What You'll Do

• Conduct and instruct rehabilitation sports courses, ensuring participants receive the best guidance and support.
• Create tailored training plans for members, focusing on their individual rehabilitation needs.
• Provide supervision and assistance to members during training sessions, ensuring a safe and effective environment.
• Collaborate with our dynamic team of therapists to enhance the quality of our rehabilitation programs.
• Engage with participants to motivate and encourage them throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Requirements

• Certification in rehabilitation sports, particularly in orthopedics and/or internal diseases.
• Experience in the field of medical training therapy (MTT) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellness in the community.
• Willingness to work in a flexible environment, adapting to the needs of our members.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic techniques.
• Fluency in German and English.
