Senior Project Manager - MICE (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - MICE (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Pangea, the largest travel store in the world. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and managing proposals for our clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Design and prepare offers and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maintain project margins effectively.
• Conduct prospecting trips with key accounts to evaluate service quality.
• Organize all operational aspects necessary for incentive trips.
• Manage billing associated with projects, including client payments and supplier invoices.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience in similar roles, particularly in MICE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Spain as a travel destination.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in prospecting trips and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to various situations.
• Willingness to travel approximately five times a year.
