About the Role

What You'll Do

• Engage in strong involvement in sell-side and buy-side projects and current mandates.
• Assist in pitch preparations, target and investor identifications, and management presentations.
• Conduct thorough market, industry, and company research to support ongoing projects.
• Work on financial modeling and valuation analyses to evaluate potential transactions.
• Collaborate with a high-focused team environment, fostering a strong team spirit.

Requirements

• Strong academic track record with at least 4 semesters completed in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential for this M&A internship.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
• Previous work experience in investment banking, management consulting, or advisory roles is preferable.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to working in a focused team environment.
